West Virginia v. B.P.J.

Independent Women’s Law Center filed an amicus curiae brief with the United States Supreme Court in West Virginia v. B.P.J. in support of the state’s Save Women’s Sports Act. The brief highlights the harm to women when men are allowed to compete on female teams by telling stories and providing the most recent data and statistics demonstrating the reason why Title IX protects single-sex sports.
