Little v. Hecox
Independent Women’s Law Center filed an amicus curiae brief with the United States Supreme Court in Little v. Hecox in support of Idaho’s Fairness in Women’s Sports Act. The brief highlights the harm to women when men are allowed to compete on female teams by telling stories and providing the most recent data and statistics demonstrating the reason why state laws protecting female athletics are constitutional and don’t violate the Equal Protection Clause.
