Heaps v. Delaware Valley Board of Education

Independent Women’s Law Center, and a coalition of 38 other amici, filed an amicus brief to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Heaps v. Delaware Valley Board of Education, supporting parent’s rights to raise a child according to the parent’s values and the protection of children against secret school “transitions.”
